Cinzia comes to the estate and transforms an afternoon into a celebration of Umbrian food, family, and tradition. Together you'll prepare fresh pasta by hand using recipes and techniques that have been passed down through generations. Along the way you'll share local wine, plenty of laughter, and finish by gathering around the table to enjoy the meal you've created together.
One of the things we loved most was how genuine the experience felt. Cinzia speaks very little English, and we speak very little Italian, yet we laughed, cooked, and communicated effortlessly using Google Translate. It quickly became clear that wonderful food and genuine hospitality don't require a common language.
For our family, this became the highlight of our entire Italian vacation. After beginning our journey at Oktoberfest in Germany, then visiting Venice, Sicily, celebrated wineries, and countless beautiful hill towns, our adult children both agreed that their afternoon cooking with Cinzia was the most memorable experience of the trip.
